VERIFYING DOCUMENTS
After submitting your application, you must submit a copy of your Resale Certificate and one other verifying document to complete your application. In addition to your Resale Certificate, another valid document is required to qualify and can be one of the following:
- A current business or state professional license
- Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration
- Proof of ASID or AIA membership
- Interior design certification (NCIDQ, CCIDC)
Please submit any applicable verifying documents to trade@sferra.com.
TAX EXEMPTION RESALE CERTIFICATION
If your company has a resale certificate to receive tax exemption status, you must provide a valid and active resale certificate issued by your state whereby the name of purchaser on the certificate matches the company name on this application. A business tax ID or retail certificate is not a valid document for tax exemption.
