Can you tell us about your journey as an entrepreneur and what inspired you to start your own businesses?
I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, my parents had their own business that I loved working for. I gravitated towards the hustle, the creativity and the energy-it was fun! My mom definitely influenced me-she made everything look easy and there really wasn’t anything she couldn’t do or wouldn’t go after if she wanted it.

What motivates you to continue exploring new industries and launching innovative brands?
I love to create products for that I will enjoy and know others will as well. Everything I create is purposeful and authentic to me and my lifestyle. I truly believe that if you don’t want it or believe in it then no one else will.
What inspired you to start Rondel Jewelry, and what shaped your vision for the brand?
My grandmother gave me her charm bracelets that were adorned with symbolic pieces of her life and who she was-each personalized with love letters from my grandfather. I loved the story telling component of charms-my kids know about their great grandmother by the jewelry she left behind and the stories they hold.
I remember the sound of her wearing them and the jewelry box she pulled them from when she was getting ready for a special lunch or holiday dinner. I want RONDEL to be new a heirloom that we create about our life and to keep for generations… “Your Story , Your Style”
What role does jewelry play in your own life, and what are your favorite pieces from the Rondel collection?
I love jewelry that you can wear with a t-shirt or a dress-the versatility is important as we are doing so many things from kids activities, gym, work, dinner with friends, date night, travel. I also love the way charms can tell a story and hold memories in a tangible way about a person’s life. My favorite necklace is the RONDEL Yard Sale necklace, we have a various looks. Both SFERRA and your brands celebrate the luxury of everyday moments. How do you incorporate luxury in your daily life?
